American Cancer Society:
It is with pride that I recommend the SMOKELESS Program facilitated by Debbie Arnold. I offered the Program to individuals who had a great desire to quit smoking. With tools that were offered in this cessation program along with Debbie's expertise on the subject matter, it is a very appropriate course to take to give up the nicotine habit. If you are considering having a Tobacco Cessation Program at your place of business, this would definitely be a worthwhile project to consider. Debbie comes to your workplace for the presentations making it convenient for your employees. She is enthusiastic and passionate about helping others quit smoking. Debbie is dedicated to her career, and it shows! Again, I highly recommend the SMOKELESS Program given by Debbie Arnold.

Children's Medical Center of Dallas:
I would most definitely recommend SMOKELESS facilitated by Debbie Arnold. SMOKELESS is a five day "quit smoking" Program that is designed for people who are ready to give up their nicotine habit for good.
Debbie was highly professional in dealing with our employees. Debbie was extremely dedicated and passionate about her career in tobacco education. If your company is interested in having a Program for your employees, I would recommend Debbie Arnold's presentation of SMOKELESS.

Santera Systems:
Santera Systems embarked upon a program to address wellness education among our employees. We determined that encouraging employees to stop using tobacco products would not only be very beneficial for individuals, but could ultimately result in reduced medical costs to the Company. A successful program had the potential to pay for itself. We investigated several tobacco cessation programs, and decided to engage Debbie Arnold. She presented the SMOKELESS Program to two separate classes of employees. The Program was very successful for participants in both classes. Debbie delivers the SMOKELESS Program with a great deal of enthusiasm. She is cheerful, fun, and always encouraging. It is apparent that she is not only well versed on her topic but committed to the Program. She truly believes that each individual has the ability to become tobacco free. I recommend Debbie Arnold and SMOKELESS to anyone thinking of providing a smoking/tobacco cessation program in the workplace.

Individual:
I attended the SMOKELESS class that was taught by Debbie Arnold. She is an outstanding instructor/presenter. She has a genuine concern for smokers and their desire to quit smoking for good! Some of the quitting techniques she presented I had not been aware of. I found out about the Arnold Tobacco Education Program via my employer. They now have an employee who does not have to take frequent "smoke breaks" which has made me a more productive employee.
I wholeheartedly recommend the SMOKELESS Program. It really works! Debbie is the perfect instructor/presenter. She 100% believes in what she is doing and that makes a difference.

Individual:
Debbie, thank you for your Program (SMOKELESS)and the skills I learned to
help me unlock my willpower and my ability to quit smoking for good. Other
than my marriage to my beautiful wife and the births of our two amazing
children, those few days we spent together in your Program may end up being
the most significant of my Life.
Your Program changed my life for the better - there's no doubt. It's hard to
believe it's been over two years now. Your Program was very helpful to me,
and I fully believe that anyone who truly desires to quit can use your Program
to help themselves to find the willpower that exists within everyone to do
something they really want. Sure, there were hard moments. There always
are with any worthwhile endeavor, but I really feel that your Program helped
me to overcome urges to smoke and that made all the difference.
Your Program probably added years to my Life - years I'm going to get to enjoy
when I retire someday and spend with my Family doing fun active things
outdoors instead of being bedridden with emphysema or worse.
